Early in 2019 there were two new vast smartphone were ready to come to the market. One of them was foldable phones and the other one 5G phones. But 5G phone was earlier than foldable phone. The foldable phones come around when the 5Gwas shining in the sky of the smart handsets and phones.
The most important companies for these two trends are Huawei Mate X and Samsung Galaxy Fold but there is a big but here that their release date have been pushed back, and other companies’ tries are already concepts at the moment.
Samsung Galaxy Fold
Samsung Galaxy Fold gazed everyone’s eyes in the birth of the Samsung galaxy S10 on Feb 20, but all the world should wait until April 15 before the South Korean producer let the first members of the media.
The first impressions were really nice. Sure it’s big, tremendous, heavy and really expensive, but it worked. The interface was smooth, the multi-tasking excellent and the 7.3-inch folding screen is just great.
In this issue, just excitement was building for the Galaxy Fold’s April 26 release in the US, a number of review units broke which has led Samsung to delay the Galaxy Fold.
Huawei Mate X
During Samsung team were struggling with its early Galaxy Fold units, Huawei then pushed back the launch of the Huawei Mate X foldable phone.
The Huawei Mate X is a little different get on the foldable phone, as it has one screen, but it can be folded down from an 8-inch display to a pair of smaller ones, with a 6.6-inch screen on the front and a 6.4-inch one on the back.
It means that the displays are larger than the Galaxy Fold, and the small screens also have much less bezel than Samsung’s take.
The beauty of this creature is really attracting, with the screen wrapping around the body of the handset, but we are really worry about its durability when it’s open to the elements and it’s dangerous because easily damaged.
